    Trials, refunds and leaving

    Free trial
    14 days on every plan, with no card needed.
    Monthly or yearly
    Pay monthly, or yearly for the price of 10 months. We email the person who pays 7 days before a yearly renewal.
    Refunds
    Yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of a payment, first or renewal. Monthly plans are not refunded.
    Removing a user
    You can remove a user any time. Their seat stays paid until the end of the period, with no credit.
    If a plan ends
    Your CRM becomes read-only for 30 days, then you can still export everything until 90 days after the end. After that it is deleted.
    Support
    Email and in-app help on every plan, with a reply within 1 business day. Platinum gets priority.
    Taxes and currency
    Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. The price at checkout is the one that applies.
